Whether you are a family or professional caregiver or just interested in healthy eating, join Dr. Karen Wyatt and her guest Nina Manolson, a holistic health and nutrition expert, as they discuss how to maintain a healthy diet while caring for others. Nina will share her tips and strategies for planning and preparing healthy meals even when your schedule is busy and hectic.

Nina Manolson is a Certified Holistic Health and Psychology of Eating Coach who has been working with women and wellness for over 20 years. She is also a bodywork and yoga teacher and a recipient of the Integrative Nutrition Health and Leadership Award. She holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology.


Nina is the author of Feed Your Kids Well in a World That Doesn’t: An everyday guide to making healthy food happen in your home and beyond. She writes: "I love food. I love to cook and eat. I love to dance and hike. I’ve practiced yoga for more than 40 years and am still amazed at how lessons learned on the yoga mat help me in life. I love being with women – especially in the kitchen, creating nourishing food together." She is married, has two children and lives in the Boston area, enjoying a "very full, real and whole-hearted life."
